Avocado Egg Salad with Ham (38g protein)
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 3 slices of ham, chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Mix everything together, serve on wholemeal toast or enjoy straight from the bowl.
