Find your feet
The Confidence Comeback begins with a week designed to help you feel safe, steady and supported. There’s no pressure to hit the ground running. Instead, you’re given space to get set up and settle in. This gentle start is intentional - it removes the overwhelm of getting started. It’s one of the biggest things that sets this programme apart.
Week 2 - 12
You're all in
You're ready. You've got the apps, tools and resources. You've got the community and me. A new video will drop every Monday morning and we will meet online every Thursday evening (recorded.) We are doing this together. Keeping each other accountable and checking in regularly.
Week 13
You bloody did it!
You feel stronger, healthier and your confidence is soaring - not just because you lost body fat but because now you know how to do it. You know that you didn't have to restrict any food groups or cancel social plans. You know that if you need to, you can keep going because this is your lifestyle now - you absolute fittie!

I started training with Nicki when I was 12 weeks postpartum with my second child and desperate to get back feeling fit, healthy and strong enough to wrestle my toddler again! Nicki’s wealth of knowledge and experience in women’s health made me feel so trusting and safe in her hands; she explained the reason behind each exercise and how it will benefit my everyday life. After just a few weeks, I was already feeling stronger, and after a few months my friends and family started noticing my progress too.
No matter your mood when you arrive at the gym, 2 seconds with Nicki’s contagiously joyful company will have you laughing again. Nicki is everyone’s biggest cheerleader- raising women up to feel their strongest and proudest selves.
From someone who used to regularly “run out of time” for exercise in a busy day as a mum, I have not missed a session in the last 6 months and that is testament enough for how great it is to train with Nicki. I look forward to our sessions every week and the time flies by.

What's Included
Nutrition Know-How
This is the primary focus of the programme. It is where the majority of people fall down. It's also the key component to fat loss and body composition change so we will spend most of our time focussed here. Learn how to plan, prep and prioritise foods that keep you nourished and satiated.
The Support of Many
The is your daily anchor - a supportive space where women show up for themselves and each other. Every Monday morning, a new motivational video drops. Our Thursday evening accountability call is your weekly reset - a quick, supportive check‑in to keep you on track.
Online Fitness Classes
Strength, Fitness and Mobility - live at 6.30am every weekday morning or schedule them for a time that suits you best. If you already have a strength programme that you love, stick with that. It is not mandatory to do hss classes but it is mandatory to do something strength based.
Useful Resources
App access, recipe books, templates, meal planners, ebooks on "Surviving the Weekend & Events," "Creating Healthy Habits," and many more to support you on your journey. You are being set up for success!
